Welcome

Recently, I've committed to creating and keeping a record of the most beautiful things I see every week. I think in this fast-paced world we sometimes forget how many things existing in nature, culture and community are truly beautiful in their own unique way. So whether man-made, natural or a human expression, I will post the most beautiful things I take notice of each week. Hopefully, it will help to change my outlook and make me slow down and 'smell the roses', so to speak.

This week it was Mt. Rainier out of a airplane window in a short flight from Seattle to Boise at sunset last week. I had been traveling for days and was exhausted. The sight of this beautiful mountain rejuvenated me and gave me a renewed energy to face the rest of my work week. Sometimes a higher power just speaks to you, if only we listen.
